	HOLIDAY TRANSFER STATION HOURS Christmas The Newtown Transfer Station will be closing on Saturday, December 22 at 11:00am in observance of Christmas Eve. They will re-open on Wednesday, December 26^th at 7am. New Years The Newtown Transfer Station will be closing on Saturday, December 29^th at 11:00am in observance of New Years Eve. They will re-open on Wednesday, January 2^nd. RECYCLING BINS: $5.00 for each extra bin. Replacements or new resident bins are free. Recycling bins can be picked up ONLY at the Highway Department The HIghway Department is located at 4 Turkey Hill Road - 7:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. ANNUAL PERMIT: (Year Pass) are valid from July 1 through June 30 Transfer Station Fees: Day Pass $10 Month Pass $20 Year Pass $90 in person or $85 on-line Senior $80 in person or $75 on-line Second Car $5 Demolition and Construction Debris: $75 per cubic yard (must be 4 ft. or less) After June 30th. Brush: $10 per cubic yard (stumps and trees over 3" in diameter)
